Contract Engineering Recruiter at Honda Aircraft Company

Honda Aircraft, Inc. – http://www.hondajet.com is seeking an Engineering Contract Recruiter (with an aircraft/aviation background) for an indefinite assignment onsite in Greensboro, NC. The role could lead eventually to a full time associate position should the candidate and Honda Aircraft decide it is a mutual fit.
The Engineering Contract Recruiter must have an extensive background in full lifecycle recruitment, have the ability
to perform original research, social networking, posting, and cold calling to generate candidates, interest those candidates in an opportunity at Honda Aircraft, facilitate an interview
onsite, and follow up with those candidates in order to close them.  You must have the bandwidth to handle a heavy load of requisitions,
multitask, give status updates as needed, and also project a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward both candidates and internal customers.
A BS in Business/HR or even engineering would be great, along with a minimum of 10 years of solid aviation/aircraft industry recruitment experience is
needed.  You must have recruited aviation/aerospace engineers, be familiar with aviation terminology, and be conversant in the aviation business for consideration.  We’re looking for an innovative recruiter/talent acquisition professional who looks for an out of the box solution, rather than relying on job posting and reactive methods.
Additionally, candidates need to be ultimate team players, have great references from both line clients and HR professionals, and know how to get things done
in complex organizations. A good sense of humor is essential, along with the ability to handle ambiguity well.
